I keep a diary on ochat. This is good way to keep stable menyal condition. While I sped time I feel various kind of feeing. But I can not told a part of them. I clasify the themeand I told my wif,my friend my sister. But actualy, they are not ready to listem my opinion. But Ochat diary accept mythinking anytime even at night. After I keep it I can watch myself objectively. So this is a nice tool fo me.
