Every year on Independence day (July 4) Kadena Air Base holds Carnival for entertaining Okinawans. There is nothing like this event in U.S.A.

We travelled to "Benares", India 1974.

Religious bathing in Ganges river at Benares seemed to be in an ancient time. People were pious, and the river water was not clear.
