One of my English partner used our time for English chat this summer to solve the problem with neighbor so we did not have the exercise. our class room is a coffee shop. On friday afternoon, we enjoy English chat over a cup of coffee.As she was busy, we skiped all excercise this summer. So I had a free time And It was summer vacation for me.

When I warked former conpany, restrucUturing became needed. And I was in chaged of it. I fired part time workers. But there was no efect then i fired the staff. The staff of 30percent were fired. And the strategy was over and restrucuring was successful. But there was better way. I should fire the top of conpany. It was my great mistake.

When I went out for walking I found it was fine rain out side.Usually when I walk in the morning, I wear a hat and walk in the shade. So my fierst task was to look for shade. But I need not to look for it today.the paved road was wet. andsunlight was gentle. The air was cool.It was very comfortableto walk.

There were nine bell cricket in the box.But two of them were dead. I'm afraid femail ate mail.

Some months ago, she got oflarve of bell cricket from her class mate of taichi circle.When she started therewer 18.but now there are 11. She coulD not find the reason why a few insect dis apeared.Her investigation continuues.

I found hair moss at the entrance of a house.there was an aperture and concrete and pavement. The hair moss grew up insuch a strict environment, even it is week moss and people made greate effort to grow it in their garden but actually
it was very hard to grow. I also failed to grow itabout 10 years ago. As it likes water, I often water but it was dead.

I got a mail from a member of Lingo club. She is relaxing now. Her grandchildren came back to their house. And she is reluxing. I guess they made a fuss and she was terribly tired.

The other day, I was talking about liking. I enjoy a sketching and I'm going to learn adrawing in India ink.Then she demanded a
picture of flowerpainted by a pencil.I began to draw a flower's sketch this morning but I could not drawit well. I will try another day.
