A story was introduced about a lady who was suffering from obesty. She was on a diet. But it was not effective. Because she continued her bad habit,too. As she likes confectioery, she kept it near her self. And she had it sometimes. It was very convenient for her.Docter found it and odered to throw away it. After that her diet was effective. I found from this story that to keep convenient condition is nice for our aim. I began to keep a paper and a pen and a dictionary near myself to lrean English. It was good way.

When I consider the meaning of Ochatt for me ,the diary was the best supporter to keep motivation to drill of English. This is the first experience to keep a diary for seven years. No one forced me to do so. Merely I did it. Surely to keep English diary was interesting and work worth doing. In addition to that, many people read it, especially after new Ochatt began. I thank Ochatt from bottom of heart. There is no job which encouraged me through my life. I love Ochatt diary!

I try to break away from a bad habit that is last-minute action. It makes me a big fatigue and then the fatigue disturb next action. .The most important thing is to go back to foundation before to do something. I thought in these days about it and got the result. I’m not sure my idea is correct or not. But I intend to try it.

I found a new friend in the Ochatt. I don’t know him well. We can understand mutually step by step I’ve ever seen him on the Ochatt But there was no chance to be friend. After the new Ochatt started we happened to have same problem and it made us friend each other.

My friend read a newspaper named Asahi Weekly. When I met her she rent me one paper. Because Malala Yousafzai who win the Nobel Prize appeared in it. She urged me to read it. And I should return it to her today. But unfortunately I forgot to bring it with me. I pledged to bring next time.

My mother in law was hospitalized in Ehime prefecture. As she has no appetite, she received intravenous drip infusion.. She also has senile dementia As she is 92 years old, our family worried very much. Doctor shows the way to treat the patient, family must decide the way which treatment is good for her. My wife must decide the best way for her real mother.

In the Lingo club meeting, I learned a good way to listen English of the movie, I happened brought my DVD player And while we were talking about it with my friend, I complained that the DVD player did not make big sound. He advised me to use ear phone. It is a good way to listen mice sound by the player. After that I tried . His advice was correct.

When I talk to my friend in the Lingo club meeting, she explained her steps to walk of today was 8000 steps. She proud of the number. Her pedometer was in the mobile phone. But usually she looks to walk about 3000steps. I’ll ask her at the next meeting how may steps is she walk in these days.

My friend Kaz likes movies so When I inform the vedeo of Miracle on 34 street , She explained about it in her mail. It is very populer in US. Many family watch it in Cristmas seaon.

I belong the English movie club. So far we studyed "Working girl" But it was over and next movie was shoed. The new text is "Miracle on 34th street" I watched it and felt it must be elegant movie. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
