I enjoy walking about fifteen minutes in these days and my physical condition is good. Maybe walking made me nice condition. On the other hand my wife did not have any physical exercise in these days and then she suffers from knee pain .She found she needed exercise then she walked and her pain disappeared.

I made a Christmas wreath at the fierst time. I made a ring by vine. The ring had a diameter of 10 centimeters. I kept a leaf of holly tree on it.And A acorn with the dead leaf was　kept on it. I wind the green and red woolen yarn around the ring. Aithough it may be small, it creates the atomosphere enough.

REcently I drik a powder of protein as a treat ment of frozen shoulder. My massur advised me. The effect is not clear. But I have no way without it.

My next house is vacant right now. But Japanese pampas grass grew. And it is beautiful.in the garden and created autumnal atmosphere even no one lives the house.

I got a mail from Lingo club member. She said she could no join the meeting because she was very busy ,in it. She is sure she attend the meeting from new year. I replied that I was looking forward to seeing her. She is a eager member and seldom absent from the meeting.. Actually people change the convenience . So sometimes they become busy and sometimes they can afford to enjoy club activity.

My son sent me a massage seat from Wakayama. My wife suffer from a stiff neck so he thought it must be effective. Generally speaking, a massage chair is big so the place to keep become the problem. But his present was seat. We can keep it on the sofa so we need not additional space. On the east, a piece of apparatus is put on.

The home work of English movie class is to write the sentence to get by listening DVD. But in fact it is quite difficult. I listen it over and over but. This class is held two times a month so almost day, I spend time for it.

When I was at home by myself, A rice shop came And brought a bag of rice. I did not know we order it or not. But the shop assistant kept it at my entrance and waited my payment. I payed and she left my house. Later she visited my house and said. She made a mistake. There is another house of same family name.near my house. I found we should use full name when we order something.

I made a rule to have excercise in the evening. The contents are to lift thigh 40 times in each lege. And bending and stretching excercises And to twist 40 times clocwise and 40 times counterclockwise. Agter the excerise I feel tired a little. The fatigue is good for sleeping.

A new member enroled Lingo club. As she spoke a good English, I asked her how did learn her English. She replied she studied by her self. but for speaking excercise she needed English speaking partner. She was looking for the friend.I thought Lingo club maybe good for her.
