How difficult foresight of earthqake is !We knew it was almost impossible to foretell of earthqake.We tried to foretell bu past data but thiswas the first experiment to have two big earthqake occured in two days. We did not have any data for such a big earthqake. And they say "It was out of an assumption" And many people accept the excuse. We should know the dataof fivedecades must be too small.We should know such a small data must be not enough.
