I got a mail from Lingo club member. She said she could no join the meeting because she was very busy ,in it. She is sure she attend the meeting from new year. I replied that I was looking forward to seeing her. She is a eager member and seldom absent from the meeting.. Actually people change the convenience . So sometimes they become busy and sometimes they can afford to enjoy club activity.

My son sent me a massage seat from Wakayama. My wife suffer from a stiff neck so he thought it must be effective. Generally speaking, a massage chair is big so the place to keep become the problem. But his present was seat. We can keep it on the sofa so we need not additional space. On the east, a piece of apparatus is put on.

The home work of English movie class is to write the sentence to get by listening DVD. But in fact it is quite difficult. I listen it over and over but. This class is held two times a month so almost day, I spend time for it.

I made a rule to have excercise in the evening. The contents are to lift thigh 40 times in each lege. And bending and stretching excercises And to twist 40 times clocwise and 40 times counterclockwise. Agter the excerise I feel tired a little. The fatigue is good for sleeping.

A new member enroled Lingo club. As she spoke a good English, I asked her how did learn her English. She replied she studied by her self. but for speaking excercise she needed English speaking partner. She was looking for the friend.I thought Lingo club maybe good for her.

I enjoyed English class today. Sixpeople were present and two people were absent. Each student gave a speech. Three people talked about terror incident in Paris. I knew it was a very big problem for Japanese.

Lingo club meeting was held yesterday. I met three members there. One wastwo month sbsence. She enjoyyed trip to Italy. another was sixmonth absence. She was very busyin her domestic afairs. another one was two years absence. Her physical condition was unstaible. I felt this club has a roll of parent' house.

A trouble happened in my PC. Even I click 0n an icon of Ochatt, the page is not opened. Then I click the button of home located left of top .,it is opened.I don’t know the reason why it happen. About Yahoo, the same phenomenon occurred.

I suffer from frozen shoulder right now. I toked about it with a masseur while I have a massage. Recently I got a brochure written about it. There were some pictures in it. It explained about the suitable exercise for that. I asked him showing the brochure taught me correct way, He answered me these pictures were correct but I must take care that I should not strain myself in my right shoulder when I have a pain I in my right shoulder. I explained about my activity to the massager that I think I would cure my disease by myself even I accept the support from dr and massager. Fundamentally, I should cure it by myself.
